| Accursed Director Vikram Bhatt’s latest horror flick Shaapit tells the story of a girl who is trapped in a generational curse which does not allow her love and marriage. But her lover vows to conquer this curse to have her. The movie stars Aditya Narayan, Shweta Agarwal, Rahul Dev and Shubh Joshi. Synopsis Aman gets engaged to Kaaya without knowing that a generational curse plagues her family. Eerie incidents begin as soon as the two are engaged. Their car veers off the road almost killing them both. It’s then that Kaaya’s distraught father explains to the young couple that three hundred years back their family had incurred the curse of an angry Brahmin and that curse did not allow the daughters of their family to be married. The young couple finds it hard to believe but there is little choice as their lives are constantly in danger. Since Aman and Kaaya can’t live without each other, the couple decides to find a way to get rid of the curse. With story by Vikram Bhatt, ‘Shaapit’ is set to release on March 19. |
